SnowLake Apparel is majority a ‘Print on Demand (p.o.d)’ business. A POD business is where are products are not printed until a customer orders it. This saves us with storing issues, higher overheads and wasted stock.
At times we will have stock on hand. When you open a product, make sure to check out the Description tab that will notify you if the product is P.O.D or On Hand.
Unfortunately we can not offer click and collect.
No, unfortunately exchanges are not currently available. Please see our returns policy for more information.
Our products will vary in terms of shipping and estimated shipping timeframes will be listed on each product page or visit our Shipping page for more info.
Screen printing involves creating a stencil (printers call this a “screen”), and then using that stencil to apply layers of ink on the printing surface. Each color is applied using a different stencil, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look.
Digital printing is a much newer process that involves your artwork being processed by a computer, and then printed directly onto the surface of your product.
Digital printed shirts can be expected to wear over time, due to the nature of the soft and natural water-based inks. There are ways to prolong the life of your custom print. We suggest the following care instructions:
- Machine wash cold (or hand wash)
- Gentle cycle only with mild detergents
- Do not bleach
- No fabric softener
- Do not dry clean
- Hang dry or tumble dry on very low settings.
Screen Printed shirts are more durable, but care should still be taken.
